Exhibitions

Roslyn Ramsay, Canadian visual artist, born in Toronto, intuitively reflects her fascination with water's transitional elements in expressive brush and palette knife techniques. Her concepts evolve through mixed media, acrylic, watercolour and 3D sculptural work on canvas or wood panel. 

As a teenager, she pursued watercolour studies at the Doon School of Fine Arts (the Homer Watson Gallery) in Kitchener. Her studies continued through mentorship programs in painting, printmaking, watercolour, and Graphic communications & Design program at Canadore College in North Bay. 

Her paintings reflect her deep connection to nature and  explore her personal experiences on lakes in northern Canada and recent travel to Paris France.
